Account Deletion Request

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to info@getminty.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

IMPORTANT: For security reasons, you must send this email from the email address that is associated with your Minty account.

Please include the following in your email:

• A brief statement confirming that you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

• We will verify your request by ensuring the email was sent from the address linked to your account.
• Once verified, we will delete your personal information, including authentication data, your card collection data, and transaction history.
• You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion process is complete (usually within 3-5 business days).
• Note: Certain information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon successful verification, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Account authentication information (Email address, OAuth connections)
• Trading card collection and portfolio data
• Transaction and purchase history
• App preferences and settings
