Account Deletion Request
Permanently delete your Minty account and data.
If you would like to delete your Minty account and all associated personal data, please send an email to the address below. We will process your request and confirm once deletion is complete.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to info@getminty.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
IMPORTANT: For security reasons, you must send this email from the email address that is associated with your Minty account.
Please include the following in your email:
- A brief statement confirming that you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted.
What Happens After You Request Deletion
- We will verify your request by ensuring the email was sent from the address linked to your account.
- Once verified, we will delete your personal information, including authentication data, your card collection data, and transaction history.
- You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion process is complete (usually within 3-5 business days).
- Note: Certain information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon successful verification, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Account authentication information (Email address, OAuth connections)
- Trading card collection and portfolio data
- Transaction and purchase history
- App preferences and settings
